Quality is #1 for Seafood Consumers

According to the Food Marketing Institute's Power of Seafood 2020 report, quality is the most crucial factor when shopping for seafood. 69% of consumers said quality was the most important factor, up from 59% in the 2019 report.

Taste and flavor are the most important factor for 53% of consumers, up from 42% last year. Quality, taste, and flavor go hand in hand. Better quality equals better taste and flavor.
